Yes! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. Here at Vitality, we eliminate unnessesary travel for you so that you can focus 100% on your health and wellness journey. We also understand that for some clients travel can be difficult and overwhelming. To make it easy on you, we bring all the equipment necessary and can work safely and comfortably in your home environment!
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! Seniors also have a different set of needs regarding cardiovascular endurance and strengthening which we will always take into account.
Yes, we ask that you have your Primary Care Physician sign our medical release waiver to ensure your safety prior to beginning any of our fitness programs.
At this time we are private pay only which means we are not restricted by insurance caps.
We accept major credit/ debit cards and/ or cash transactions.
We have the knowledge and skill to work with clients regardless of physical limitations. Whether you are bed-bound, use an adaptive device for mobility, or already have a rigorous fitness routine in place- there's always room for improvement!
